Bellator heavyweight champion Cole Konrad will face Paul Buentello in a non-title fight.Also former UFC heavyweight Champ Ricco Rodriguez and Seth Petruzelli are also slated to fight.

Fights between Dan Hornbuckle vs. Luis Santos,Ben Saunders vs. Rick Hawn,Brent Weedman vs. Chris Loranzo,and Douglas Lima vs. Steve Carl round out the opening rounds.

Will take place in Cincinnati,Ohio at the US Bank Arena
Featuring Fedor vs. Henderson and a championship match between champion Ronaldo"Jacare"Souza vs. Luke Rockhold.The event will also host the strikeforce heavyweight tournament semifinals,Josh Barnett will face off against Sergel Kharitonov while Daniel Cormier will face Antonio Silva.
The card will also feature a lightweight fight between Josh Thomson and Maximo Blanco.
